It has nothing to do with loyalty. It has to do with preference. There's nothing about either Country, or other Countries in Europe, that appeals to me enough to spend time looking for or at it. I will spend my time and money seeing what I want to see, not what others think should interest me. I only have so much time left, and I don't see any advantage to me to spend time and money on that which holds NO interest for me.
Yellowstone holds much more pull for me than a castle. I would rather go to The Everglades than see The Ukraine. Moscow doesn't call out to me nearly as much as Rushmore. The Boundry Waters has got to be better travel than the White Cliffs.
Sad, but I haven't time enough left to see what's here.
