There ARE brats. There ARE people, children and adults, that hold no good. But they are few and very far between. When I was a kid, developmentsal problems were cured quickly. I don't advocate child abuse, but a trip to the woodsheed is all the medication most behavioral problems need. I didn't say must be, I said could be. I think we are talking about different things when we say developmental problems; I mean things like autism, pervasive developmental disorders, and other diagnosed illnesses. Trust me, I bet many people wish they were that easy to cure.
