When I was in elementary school I remember being told that children in Communist countries were brought up by the State. Mothers had to GO TO WORK! We call them kindercare centers. I was also told that children in Communist countries had to wear UNIFORMS to school, not whatever they want. We call it a dress code.
I am FOR children being raised by responsible parents, not arms of Government or Government subsidised programs.
