Okay, lets say that society owes children an education as to parenting. WHO do you think should do the teaching? Where do THEY learn? How much of parenting do you believe should be taught by them? How much should be left to parents? Where did THEY learn? How qualified are these teachers, as you maintain children live what they learn? What if the teachers were abused? Will they then, as you say parents do, teach THAT to our children?
I believe, and believe through experience, that little children learn what they are taught, right or wrong. Since most of their time is spent with parents, hopefully, most of what they learn will come from those parents, right or wrong.
