I am busy. The concrete slab for the 30' X 60' garage/shop has been pored and I will be unloading the steel for the building tomorrow with my tractor loader. A contractor will start on the building monday, and I should be able to set up my wood shop within a month.
Next I have to have the foundation for the house pored. I want a full basement, which is very unusual for CA, so that is the next project. I would be very happy if the house frame were up by winter so I can get to work on plumbing, wiring, drywall, and interior trim. We might have a finished house by fall '09.
