Subject	of course these bowel disorders
pale in comparison to C. Deficile which is knocking them off like flies in some major hospitals. Especially dangerous for people with compromised immune systems and the elderly. I still have a problem when I eat tomatoes and I swore of sunflower seeds a long time ago. I have a good ruffage diet, love all salads. I couldnt just sit on the toilet and get rid of it all because I would have bouts where it didnt feel like anything more was going to happen, and then whamo !
