although the adult diapers are a good idea, it is still a sloppy mess to clean up (sorry for the visual this will create) and possibly multiple showers and then maybe losing it in the shower (sorry again for the visual LOL).
I had to put my mom through this once a long time ago, but at least she had me to help her. I was on my own at the time so it was really U G L Y.
Some of you might know what I mean.
You eventually find out you cant eat sunflower seeds ever again, have to take the seeds out of your tomatoes and then there is hardly any tomatoe so whats the point. The small seeds are an irritant to Irritable Bowel Syndrome and if anyone has Diverticulosis or Diverticulitis is is very dangerous. Those little seeds get caught in the protusions in the bowels if and when they develop.
I had a client pass away last year from a burst bowel. It was painful for her as she went septic. Her comment to her daughter (after her doctor gave her the bad news), said 'dieing is the shits'. That may sound callous, but I guess it was her last thought so it had to be appropo. She was that kind of lady, bless her soul.
