Dog Hair removal: Help ME!!!!
|
| |
I own some rental property, and a couple recently moved out. They had a dog, a sweet black lab. I'm trying to clean the place out and... OH MY GAWD!!! There are little dog hairs EVERYWHERE. On the blinds, on the floor, on the walls and ceiling of the kitchen, in the bathtub, in the kitchen cabinets and in the refrigerator and freezer.
The worst part is, I can't seem to get them all up. I've mopped, vacuumed and scrubbed. But I can't seem to get them all. I have a pretty high ick tolerance level: dirt doesn't bother me, I'll change a poopy diaper without a second thought, etc.
But dog hair in the refrigerator is grossing me out. You dog owners must be eating a lot of this hair.
What do you dog-lovers do to get this stuff up? I wipe with a wet sponge, but I can't get all of them up.
Do I just use a lot of paper towels? Clean, wait for this to dry, and vacuum? Is there a special microfiber cloth to use to get pet hair up?
I'm allergic to dogs and cats, and I haven't had a furry pet in 40 years.
