My main concerns are the potential misuse of the information in the database.
The only correlation I can give to explain is HIV testing. Here legally people are entitled to anonymous testing. When I saw that they were doing testing at the state school I was attending I went in and asked about being tested. when I brought anonymous testing the guy representing the health departement was like "WHY DO YOU NEED ANONYMOUS TESTING?!?! WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO HIDE?!?!"
