point 1 = who's the judge?
point 2 - maybe they don't have better things to do. Can you imagine arguing about a joke? as an audience, you either laugh or not laugh, like in economics, if you don't laugh, maybe the comedian or writer will get the message and keep his/her night time job.
on the other hand (which one? here we go again, arguing about this is the "other hand"), it may just mental masturbation, since this is a sexual forum.
