True that, friend cinsmith69 (and that he finished even that high in a field of six candidates is encouraging, albeit not enough, alas) -- but at least he probably cornered the ailurophile (cat-loving) vote by including a no-declaw plank in his proposed platform.
Ah, but would that he had won...but one at least had to love his campaign slogans, one of which which fits nicely with our own charter here on the Forum: "Vote Kinky -- you'll like it." ?;-) The other, apparently, was "Get up off your ass [donkey?] and vote!" (set to fellow Texian Willie Nelson's deathless "On the Road Again," natch)...which is good advice in any election year (but for whom, I leave up to you).
