I know it is a personal and private issue. However, I find it odd, that people who are so willing to discuss their sex lives (which also should be personal and private matter) prefer to clam up about the risks and benefits of a lifesaving surgery.
It's like when some people became offended by the thought of getting invited to a wedding from an evite was offensive, but will share their bodies with virtual strangers. Just things about which I have to shake my head and go "hmm".
