I don't know what the law says. However, I can tell you that here in my town, a local teacher was arrested and charged with indecent exposure for going out into his own yard naked.
The paper carrier saw him on more than one occasion and reported him to the police. I don't have any idea if he was "doing" anything while naked - it's my impression that he just walked outside to pick up his newspaper.
You might want to do a bit of research to find out exactly what the law in your area is. Just because you are on your own property, that doesn't mean you can do whatever you want to do.
