In August I have a date set with a shy young lady. Weather permitting, we'll be staying in the great outdoors on a large chunk of property I own.
I've tested out the range of sound during various times of day and types of weather, just in case the soundtrack of our fun travels to eavesdropping ears. We're going to be fine.
It's got me wondering though: if a person is on their own property, conducting consensual activities, and someone comes to investigate, isn't that just good old-fashioned snooping and trespassing besides? Seems so to me. But are laws different for outside a house as opposed to inside?
