I have children and I too have a pregnancy fetish.
For me it is much better with a pregnant woman.
It is more about the increased attention from my ex-wife. While she was pregnant she was much more into sex and there were some physical changes that just made it better.
I will probably never get the opportunity again since I am now divorced and not interested in getting with anyone again.
