When you and your partner made the decision to start playing with others, what conversations did you have in preparation? (I don't mean discussing the erotic ideas of what you'll be doing with the new people.) Did you discuss any relationship issues like agreeing to keep certain activities only for the two of you? (For example, I've heard that some people save fucking just for their main partner.) Did you establish any signals or 'safe words', so that if someone isn't comfortable with doing something, that fact can be easily communicated to the partner without a lot of fuss or disruption?
