Um... that's great if your shoulder and hand are erogenous zones...
For most people, the "above the waist" erogenous zones are the nipples, armpits... etc.
You absolutely cannot put one electrode on one hand and the other on the other hand. Nor can you put one on one shoulder and the other on the other shoulder.
Current cannot be allowed to pass across the heart.
You can, of course, stimulate a single muscle with electrodes at either end of a discrete muscle. People do that for physical therapy. Yes, a TENS unit is theoretically available in California only by prescription and is a medical devise. But that's not what this discussion is about.
This is a sexuality forum, not a physical therapy forum. I doubt that many people want their shoulder stimulated for sexual relief.
With all due respect, most people - for sexual pleasure - want to electrify their genital or anal regions. What one can take away from my original post is that you should NEVER put one electrode on one nipple and one on the other.
