I see the difference. I was waiting to see who was going to say something about that. I didn't word it correctly.
I'm not saying that open marriage is wrong. I am saying that there are people who DO think it's wrong for them. To THEM (as opposed to everyone), wrong is wrong and it will be wrong no matter how much they UNDERSTAND it, or how much they understand someone else's reasons for it. THAT is what I meant when I said "wrong is wrong".
I have an old friend who is a bank robber (really). I know and understand why he robbed banks. He can explain those reasons over and over, until one of us dies, and I will NEVER tell him he changed my mind about the wrong of it, because wrong is wrong.
I am NOT comparing those that have an open relationship to a bank robber. One is legally wrong, and the other is morally wrong to some. But wrong is wrong to whomever it is wrong.
