Two-page ad in today's NY Times

An organization called "The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP)" took out a two-page ad -- which must have cost them a pretty penny.
They self-identify as a Roman Catholic organization, and the dense text of the two pages is a long condemnation of same-sex marriage and of homosexuality in general as un-Christian. It is a call to battle for "real Christians" with special emphasis on the inherent duty of Catholics, imposed by their baptismal oaths, to do whatever they can (non-violently, of course) to combat the scourge of sin descending on our nation.
I don't think one can access ads from the Times website, but the organization offers free copies of the ad, plus a free book titled "Defending a Higher Law", to those who request by email at tfp@tfp.org, or fax to 717-225-7382.
Most people probably don't share my eccentric taste for screwballs of every stripe, but those who wish may find some amusement, as well as cause for serious concern, at these sources.
