If that was true, there would be rampant woodies around this house.
We grow watermelon, we eat copious amounts. Like, more than two melons per day when it's ripe.
All that melon and the ONLY increased activity below the belt is increased urination, and LOTS of that. For myself, for the teen boys in the house, for my spouse.
