But, isn't that really a matter of fashion of the times? Two or three day old stubble on a man is very popular now. Just look at the pictures in any celebrity magazine of men between late teens and middle age. The attraction seems to be less if the men are older and have a greying or whitish beard. I rarely go more than two days without shaving. I definitely won't be mistaken for a movie star, with or without the stubble. Before this trend, a three day stubble might have been viewed as slovenly grooming. Now, it's high style and macho. RG
