Any experience with sleeves or strap ons?

I am windering if anyone has any experience with sex toy products like sleeves or strap ons that would reccommend a particular type or product.
I am looking for something to use with my wife that can be used if I am having some difficulty maintaining an erection. At the same time I would like it to have a little more size as well. Not a lot more in length, maybe an inch, but more in girth.
I see some hollow strap ons out there but they look cheap and plastic like. Anything have a better feel? Do any women here have any experience with having them used on you? Should I even bother or are most of them just let downs?
