What is "weird" (whatever that means) to one person will not be weird to another. If you ask enough people, some will say "Pregnancy fetish? That's weird!" and some will say "Pregnancy fetish? That's cool!"
Everyone has different likes and dislikes. I wouldn't take what your wife said personally--it probably was surprising for her to hear this and she reacted out of momentary discomfort.
By the way, technically a "fetish" is something that one has to have all the time. Obviously that's not true in your case or you would only be with pregnant women. I think the newer accepted meaning is that of a particular kink that one finds compelling and which is somewhat out of the norm. So I'll bet everyone has "fetishes," but they're probably not prone to reveal them for fear of disapproval. It's all a matter of who is brave enough to talk about theirs--which you are.
