HIV+ is the same as HIV infected. Yes there is a small chance from only one exposure but it does happen, just like people DO get hit by lightening. The more exposures, the more chances of contracting HIV. The most effective transmitting agent is blood, then semen, then vaginal fluids, so the chances are greater of being infected by a male than a female.
