Oh, I don't know. I never thought about it. Why does anyone not like anything? I can tell you I don't like liver because of the taste. I don't like blood and guts because of the looks of it. I don't care for those foam rubber mattresses because I don't like the feel of them. I can't stand the SMELL of tuna casserole.
I guess I just don't like the sound of that word. Just because works for all the senses, because you can't account for personal likes and dislikes. Cock doesn't sound vile to me. Neither does clutch, cow, corn or cover.
