Any particular reason? Did you have a negative connotation with that word previously?
I can think of several slang terms for female genitals that make me cringe such as snatch, twat, puss (that one makes me cringe the most) but I've never really had a problem with the word cunt.
Either as a reference to a body part or as an insult (unless it was directed to me, and then I'd have to think for a minute to see if I had been acting like one & maybe deserved to be called it). I also have no problem calling someone else who is being one that.
