Number 8 on teen pregnancy is interesting. It attributes the national decline of 24% in teen pregnancy rates between 1995-2002 to improved contraceptive use. This makes hash of the statements by a state official in Georgia (previously discussed here) that suggested Georgia's decline was unique and attributed it to the state's abstinence only program.
