Erotic chat online?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could advise me as to a good place to go for realtime, intelligent erotic chat (including roleplay, adult discussion of sexual fantasies, etc) online? Anything with voice, video and ability to see/send photos would be perfect, but just text is fine too. The adult section on Yahoo Messenger used to be good for this, but they have deteriorated to the point where the rooms are just bots chatting amongst themselves, and I haven't managed to find a decent replacement.
I'd really appreciate any recommendations!
